About — Villa Joya Moraira (5)

Moraira

Moraira is a small, cozy and attractive village on the Costa Blanca, right between Valencia and Alicante. It has over 3000 hours of sunshine per year spread over some 325 days and an average afternoon temperature of 20 degrees, making it the perfect destination for any season.

Moraira itself has a nice center, beautiful beaches, delicious restaurants and many excursions for children. Around Moraira there are many other nice villages or towns to visit, like Javea, Altea, Denia. It is also known for its clear water (snorkeling and diving) and the beautiful mountain climbs (cycling and mountain biking). An ideal family destination!

Less than five minutes from the villa, you can enjoy mini golf (and a nice outdoor playground for kids), play padel or take a hike along the coastal line. We have a full guide of fun activities and best restaurants selected for you.

Moraira can be reached easily via airports Alicante or Valencia (1 hr drive). We often refer guests to rent a car via Skippy, easy, well-priced and very convenient.

FAQs

  • We have two baby cots and sheets, two dining chairs, a baby gym, changing pad and numerous toys and books. Outside we have a trampoline, sandpit and outdoor toys.

As indicated, safety is important to us. We offer a stair gate for the internal stairs, and have two flexible fences that can close entry to the pool terrace.

  • There is a desk and office chair in one of the bedrooms. The wifi works excellent. We have a good working coffee machine ;-)

We also have a smart TV to stream, log-in with accounts on Netflix, YouTube etc.

  • The house is located very private, at the end of a dead end street. The property is closed by a gate which we ask guests to close when entering or leaving the house.

Inside the house, a security system is installed which is only activated when the house isn’t rented out. At all times, the security system is activated for detection of smoke, fire, water or gas.

  • The easiest way is to take a flight to Alicante or Valencia airport and rent a car. It’s about an hour/ 75 min drive.

We also recommend all guests to rent a car as it’s most convenient to discover nearby places and there is limited public transport. For car rental, it’s worth considering Skippy, who hand-over your car as soon as you leave the airport and you are ready to go within 10 minutes.

  • The property has a large driveway and carport, which can suit up to four cars. This is behind the gate, in front of the guest apartment.

  • The cleaning costs include complete cleaning of the interior and exterior, weekly change of towels and sheets, and basic amenities like soap. Twice per week the pool is completely cleaned, and once per week the garden.

On request, additional cleaning support can be arranged (during high season this must be noted on time) for EUR15 per hour.

Our cleaning supplies, just like washing machine and dryer, can be used by guests.
